Description
- Develop and implement cohesive marketing strategies both long-term and short-term that align with business goals and accelerate growth.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, covering both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) channels, ensuring timely and effective delivery across all platforms.
- Champion and maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, safeguarding tone of voice, visual identity, and customer experience.
- Create, manage, and deliver marketing collateral, including POS materials, menus, digital assets, and promotional tools to support product and store launches.
- Analyse performance metrics across campaigns, drawing insights and translating them into data-driven strategies that inform future activity.
- Manage marketing budgets and third-party relationships, including agencies and suppliers, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable ROI.
Profile
- You MUST BE WORKING IN THE QSR sector (MANDATORY)
- A strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, you're just as comfortable writing a brief as you are rolling up your sleeves to bring a campaign to life.
- A commercially minded, results-driven approach you understand the connection between brand, campaign performance, and bottom-line impact.
- Solid analytical skills, confident using data and insights to guide decision-making and optimise marketing activity.
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
