Location: Near Hassocks (drivers with access to a car essential due to office location)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:
- Responding to customer calls and emails, providing a friendly and helpful service
- Building relationships with customers and offering tailored solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Working closely with your team to resolve issues and keep customers happy
- Learning about products and services so you can give accurate advice
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Around 12 months' experience in an office-based customer service/admin role
- Skills: Strong communication, a positive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset
- Tech: Confident with computers and quick to learn new systems
- Logistics: You must be a driver with access to a car due to the office location
