Our client is a successful manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main duties will include:

Answering customer enquiries via phone and email

Providing exceptional customer service to customers

Preparing quotes

Processing orders
-
Updating customers regarding deliveries

Liaising with the warehouse and 3rd party suppliers

Answering queries quickly and efficiently
