We are currently seeking an Entry Level Office Administrator to join our client's busy office based in Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for an Entry Level Administrative position within a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
. Receive and process customer orders via email
. Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries accordingly
. Provide general administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry and scheduling
. Assist with the processing of drivers' pay
. Perform various other administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
. Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure, particularly during peak periods
. Excellent communication and organisational skills
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given, however a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook is desirable.
