Description
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain and update payroll records to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure all statutory deductions are calculated and submitted correctly.
- Prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing payroll process improvements where needed.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards in all payroll activities
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in payroll processing or a related field.
- A strong understanding of payroll systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of applicable payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
