Description
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
- Assist with processing payments and reconciling accounts within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and liaise with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Respond to customer queries related to credit control in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide general support to the credit control team as needed.
