Description
The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed financial analysis.
- Provide insightful commentary on financial performance to aid decision-making.
- Collaborate with operational teams to monitor cost controls and efficiencies.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.

Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Ideally working towards a recognised qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
