Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across departments and work closely with the operations manager
- Dealing with PR packages for press and influencers
- Coordinate travel for client events
- Help organise company events
- Work closely with occounts and creative teams with administration
- Liaise with client account managers across the UK
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and communications.
- Help streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
