Description
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports for the accounting and finance department.
- Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Respond to supplier and client queries in a professional manner.
- Assist in improving financial processes and procedures.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- AAT studier or similar
- A background in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work well within a team and independently.
