Description
As the Multi Skilled Engineer you will be tasked with the following;
- Perform planned preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and conduct effective repairs to minimise downtime.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any recurring issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to colleagues when required.
Profile
A successful Multi Skilled Engineer should have:
- A recognised qualification in engineering or a related field.
- Practical experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
