The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Booking appointments
- Resolving customers queries
- Complaint handling
- Updating customers personal details
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
- Positive attitude
Hours:
- 37.5 Hours per week working between the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday. Flexibility may be required to work out with these hours if needed.
Contract: Various start dates in August and September. The initial contract will run until the end of 2025; there could be a possibility of contract extension.
