Berry Recruitment are seeking a Legal Administrator for a popular, well established legal practice offering services across various areas of law.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to legal staff
Prepare and manage legal documents and correspondence
Maintain client files and records
Handle calls, emails, and client queries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist with data entry and case management systems
Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance
Essential:
- Experience in administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Experience within a legal background
A-levels including Law or related subjects
Interest in a legal career
