Join a global telecommunications business and play a key role in supporting the Global Sales Teams and collaborating across departments like Finance, Operations, and Technical Support! As a Sales Administrator, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be instrumental in enhancing interdepartmental efficiency. YOUR proactive approach will help manage a diverse range of responsibilities while ensuring clear communication across teams!
The Role of Sales Administrator:
- Manage and develop Sales Administration processes to improve efficiency across departments.
- Attend sales meetings and provide necessary support to the Sales team.
- Create and implement new processes as needed to optimise operations.
- Complete and manage a variety of sales-related administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and diligence.
- Process customer sales orders and manage professional service orders from point of sale to invoicing.
- Create, validate, and manage service contracts for both our customers and partners.
- Communicate and collaborate with partners and internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Manage the Sales Administration inbox, prioritise tasks, and communicate directly with customers as required.
- Open and respond to tickets via Zendesk for efficient issue resolution.
- Generate and maintain internal and customer-specific reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
- Provide cover for the Sales & Operations Administrator when needed.
The Ideal Sales Administrator:
- Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role is essential; Sales administration experience is a bonus!
- Strong accuracy and meticulous attention to detail are critical.
- Prior experience using CRM systems/ Zendesk (Desired)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
- Comfort in interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach with the ability to think outside the box.
