Job Title: ED&I Administrator
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: West end
What You'll Do:
As our ED&I Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients initiatives and fostering a culture of inclusion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support ED&I Programs: Assist in the development and implementation of ED&I programs that promote awareness and engagement across the organisation.
- Data Management: Collect, analyse, and report on ED&I metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Event Coordination: Organise and promote ED&I events, workshops, and training sessions to engage employees and raise awareness about diversity issues.
- Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication of ED&I initiatives and resources.
- Research: Stay informed about best practices in ED&I and recommend strategies to enhance our efforts.
- Client & Sales Support: Assist with onboarding, CRM updates, meeting follow-ups, and tracking the sales pipeline alongside the IIE Manager.
- Operational Admin: Manage shared inbox, maintain filing systems (SharePoint, Teams, OneNote), coordinate meetings via MS Bookings, and support procurement and renewals.
- Communications & Projects: Draft and distribute newsletters, support benchmarking cycles, and handle ad hoc tasks to meet business needs.
