Join Our Clients Team as a Receptionist/Mailroom Assistant!

Are you a friendly face with a knack for organisation? We're looking for a cheerful and professional Reception/Mailroom Assistant on a temporary basis! If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love interacting with people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors with a warm smile.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries with enthusiasm.
Administrative tasks.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a reception or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude and strong organisational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment.
